Kiyohang Haeundae serves Japanese-style rice bowls topped with hoe and seafood on the first floor of Shilla Stay in Haeundae. The signature dish, Kiyohang, piles minced fish and vegetables over rice with crab meat, sea urchin, and egg yolk. After eating part of the bowl, diners can ask for fish bone broth to be poured in and turn it into ochazuke. Portions are small for adult men and the prices are on the higher side.
