Jeju Songchibi is a charcoal grill restaurant in Busan that cooks thick-cut Jeju black pork. The pork collar is juicy, and the samgyeopsal (pork belly) is served with the rind attached for a chewy texture. Staff cut and grill the meat at the table and explain it, and the yangnyeom gejang and changnan jeot are refilled as much as you want. A cheese-topped steamed egg dish, chadol doenjang, and gopchang jeongol are served alongside, parking is available for about three cars, and the restaurant stays open until midnight.
