Iwa

Iwa is a sushi restaurant on the second floor of Baguette Hotel, on a back street off Haeundae Beach Road. The chef serves Japanese-style lunch and dinner omakase made with aged fish at the counter. Reservations are limited to eight people at a time. The chef prepares each dish in front of guests and explains the food as it is served, while alcohol is relatively expensive.
