Itaewon Panjajip

Itaewon Panjajip is a drinking spot on Gunam-ro in Haeundae, Busan, serving yukhoe, yuksashimi, yukjeon and alcohol. The yukhoe comes in a sweet-and-sour gochujang dressing, and the mungtigi is served with a gochujang-based sauce. Gamjatang or bone hangover soup arrives as a basic accompaniment, and adding dishes brings a ttukbaegi gamjatang as well. On the second floor, waiting more than three minutes after pressing the call bell happens, and the food portions are considerably smaller than before.
