Hyeongje Traditional Dwaeji Gukbap

Hyeongje Jeontong Dwaeji Gukbap is a traditional old restaurant inside Haeundae Market in Busan that serves dwaeji gukbap and sundae. The broth is made from Korean pork and is clear, topped generously with meat, jeongguji and daepa. Kim Okja opened the place in 1972, and it has continued since then. The broth is clear and light, so anyone expecting a heavy, rich flavor will find it plain.
