Hyangyujae

Hyangyujae is a Korean restaurant across from Haewoljeongsa in Cheongsapo, Busan, serving set meals built around hairtail and mackerel braised in sauce. The fish comes with rice and side dishes, and diners can take more ssamchae from a self-service corner. Arriving after 12:30 p.m. on a weekend has meant waiting about 10 minutes for one party in line. The seasoning and cooked dishes are not strongly flavored.
