Hong Udong

Hong Udon is an udon shop in the U-dong neighborhood of Haeundae-gu, Busan, serving udon, mandu, jumeokbap, and jjajangmyeon. Its udon uses chewy noodles and a large amount of ssukgat, and mandu is served alongside. The shop continues the udon and eomuk tradition once sold at takeout stalls. Parking is available at the Lotte Apartment or Bando Yubora Apartment parking lots, and the menu is plain rather than upscale.
