Hokitsune is a small Japanese restaurant in Haeundae, Busan that serves inari sushi in several flavors along with mini udon. Its signature item is a set for one person with five pieces of inari sushi topped with wasabi or curry and a mini udon. The seating is two or three tables in a second-floor loft, and takeout orders are ready within 10 minutes. The stairs are steep and the loft ceiling is low, so watch your head.
