Hayanjib

Hayanjip is a long-established restaurant in Haeundae, Busan, serving squid hoe and mulhoe. The squid is cut into strips and sliced more than a hundred times into very thin pieces, and the meal comes with side dishes including ojingeo jjijim, grilled flatfish, cuttlefish hoe, flounder hoe, and small abalone. After ordering, the wait can run about 20 minutes and is longer on weekends, and the seating includes both table and floor seating. The room is very loud, making conversation nearly impossible.
