Haewolmok

Haewalmok is a Korean barbecue restaurant on Dalmaji-gil in Busan. It serves low-temperature-aged samgyeopsal (pork belly), pork collar, and pork jowl, with staff grilling the meat at the table. Some seats overlook the Haeundae sea, and private rooms are available. The dondaegalbi is aged for 168 hours and grilled to order, while thick cuts take about 10 minutes to cook.
