Haeundae Halmae Kalguksu

Haeundae Halmae Kalguksu sits in an alley in front of the Haeundae District Office in Busan and is an old noodle shop that serves kalguksu. Its signature dish, Halmae Kalguksu, uses a rich anchovy broth that is changed by adding an onion seasoning sauce. It is open every day of the year from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., comes in large and small sizes, and the broth can be refilled for free. The thin, soft noodles soften quickly if left sitting.
