Haeundae Dalin Makchang

Haeundae Dalin Makchang is a gopchang grill restaurant in the makchang alley of Haeundae, Busan, where diners grill makchang, gopchang, daechang and heart. The mixed grill comes with heart, gopchang, daechang and hongchang, while the makchang jeongol is spicy with the flavor of perilla leaf, bang-a and sancho. A two-person set of grilled items can be followed by added bokkeum bap. The kitchen does not trim the fat, so the gopchang carries a lot of it.
