Haejang-Won

Ha ejangwon is a haejang-guk restaurant in Busan that serves ppyeo haejang-guk, gamjatang, and sunsal ppyeo haejang-guk. The ppyeo haejang-guk has a rich but clean broth, and the meat comes off the bone easily. Sunsal ppyeo haejang-guk is also available, so it can be eaten without removing bones, and the side dishes are served as a full table spread. The meat has almost no gamey smell.
