Haebok

Haebok is an abalone restaurant on the first floor of LCT in Haeundae, Busan, serving abalone porridge, steamed abalone, abalone hoe, and abalone ramyeon. The abalone porridge is cooked to order in a cast-iron pot, and the steamed abalone comes with boiled water parsley. The dining area looks out over the sea, and the basic side dishes are seasoned gejang, kimchi jeon, gungchae, and kkakdugi. The abalone porridge arrives in its pot and stays warm, while the abalone maesaengi kalguksu has a mild maesaengi aroma and a clean broth.
