Giljo

Giljo is a shabu-shabu restaurant in Songjeong, Busan, that also serves ssam-bap. You place cooked shabu-shabu on rice wrapped in lettuce, then finish with kalguksu and juk. The restaurant has a large parking lot and rooms for family gatherings, and staff walk between tables refilling the broth and timing the kalguksu and juk. It is in Songjeong, but there is no view of the beach.
