Geumo Ubiki

Geumoyubikki is a restaurant in Busan specializing in sea bream yubikki. Raw sea bream with lightly blanched skin is served on vinegared rice as sushi. Hoe (raw fish) and separate sushi rice are served together, followed by a kimchi roll. The portions of hoe and other dishes are small.
