Gabin Hoetjip

Gabinhwetjip is a hoe restaurant above Mipo Port in Haeundae, Busan, serving wild-caught hoe and course meals. The wild hoe is cut thick, and the course includes san-nakji, maeuntang (spicy fish stew), and various side dishes. On weekends or when the restaurant is crowded, food comes out late, so there is a wait. Even with a reservation, seating and food can be delayed.
