Eonyang Dak Kalguksu

Unnyang Dak Kalguksu is a dak kalguksu and dak gomtang restaurant near the entrance of Haeundae Market in Busan, toward Oncheon Intersection. Its signature dish is dak kalguksu, served in a thick broth made with perilla seeds. Half a chicken is served whole in the bowl, and diners debone it themselves. The broth is rich, and the kimchi is spicy.
