Dining Room is a restaurant on the 32nd floor of Park Hyatt Busan, serving steak and Korean and seafood courses. The three-course lunch moves from vegetables, yukhoe rolls and sweet shrimp salad to Hanwoo galbi gui or black flounder, then dessert. Egg dishes at breakfast and some menu items are ordered through a table order system, and there can be a short wait in front of the dedicated elevator. Service is sometimes unpolished.
