Diesel and Camellias

Dijel aen Kamelriaseu is a Japanese noodle restaurant near Jeonpo Station in Busan. It serves tsukemen and ramen, with thick house-made noodles and a rich, salty dipping broth carrying a seafood aroma like anchovies. This is the second branch using the tsukemen recipe from Gasoline and Logis Tsukemen in Jeonpo-dong. The broth remains strongly seasoned even when ordered less salty.
