Damhyang Chueotang

Damhyang Chueotang is a Korean restaurant in Busan that serves Gyeongsang-style chueotang and maegitang. The chueotang is made by finely mashing loach and boiling it without a fishy smell, and the side dishes are made in-house and served in several varieties. At lunch a line can form, but turnover is fast so the wait is short, and there is a parking lot. The side dishes are on the salty side.
