Chopilsal Dwaeji Gui

Chopilsal Dwaeji Gui is a meat restaurant in Haeundae, Busan, that grills thick pork skin and samgyeopsal (pork belly). The pork skin comes with myeongnanjeot, fresh wasabi and three sauces, and staff press it on the grill to cook it crisp before cutting it.
