Choigane Milmyeon

Choi Gane Milmyeon is a milmyeon restaurant at the entrance of Haeridan-gil in Haeundae, Busan, serving mul milmyeon and bibim milmyeon. The noodles snap apart easily like naengmyeon, and the mul milmyeon comes with ice-flecked broth and garnishes. The mandu is served with a chewy wrapper, and a hot onyuksu broth is drunk alongside the ordered milmyeon. The broth and the bibim sauce are on the sweet side.
