Cheongsan Gopchang

Cheongsan Gopchang is an old gopchang restaurant in Banyeo-dong, Busan, serving grilled gopchang and gopchang jeongol. The gopchang is grilled once first, then finished over charcoal at the table, and the gopchang jeongol contains daechang, gopchang, tripe, heart, and perilla seed powder. On a Saturday evening at 7 p.m., only two tables were empty, and a wait formed soon after. There is no parking lot.
