Cheongdo Yanggopchang

Cheongdo Yanggopchang is a gopchang grill restaurant in Haeundae, Busan, that grills teukyang and yanggopchang. The teukyang is thick and tender, the daechang is turned inside out and grilled after the inner fat is removed, and there is also a red-marinated grilled version. An experienced staff member grills the yanggopchang at the table, and the restaurant has continued a 20-year tradition. Dried radish greens doenjang, perilla leaf jangajji, and nurungji are served on the side.
