Toegeungil Sutbul Makchang is a grill restaurant in Haeundae that serves Daegu-style makchang (beef abomasum), charcoal-grilled galbisal, and pork skin, located on the first floor of Q-BE E-Centum in Centum City. The makchang is marinated in fruit, which leaves it savory and chewy without gaminess, and Jeju manong galbisal and yukhoe can be ordered as well. The lunch special includes soy-marinated grilled beef ribs, bangip doenjang jjigae, and rice, and there are outdoor tables and free parking. Weekends and weekday evenings are crowded with customers.
