Chaoran

Chaoran is a Chinese restaurant on the fifth floor of Signiel Busan in Haeundae. It serves a dim sum set and truffle dim sum, along with Chongyu noodles and walnut jeonggwa. The restaurant was selected for the 2024 Michelin Guide Busan, and the dim sum set is served as a course. Dishes other than the dim sum leave something to be desired, and the service and atmosphere are ordinary.
