Gampo Chamgajami Haeundae is a seafood restaurant in Busan's Marine City that serves wild-caught flounder and hoe. Its signature dish, flounder mulhoe, comes cold and sweet with thinly sliced flounder, spicy seasoning, and pear. The flounder hoe is cut as sekkosi, in pieces large enough to eat as self-served sushi, and octopus sukhoe and muchim sushi are also served. On weekend evenings after 7 p.m., walk-ins have to wait.
