Busan Hoetjip

Busan Hoetjip serves live-fish hoe and grilled clams in Mipo, Haeundae. Seasonal raw fish includes sea bream, flounder, rockfish (ureok), milchi, and flatfish, served with maeuntang (spicy fish stew), seafood ramen, and mulhoe. Window seats look out over Haeundae Beach and the sea, and staff grill the clams for you. The hoe is cut thick and the side dishes come in many varieties.
