Born and Bred Busan

Born and Bred Busan is a restaurant on the basement first floor of the Paradise Hotel in Haeundae, Busan, serving aged Hanwoo steak and Hanwoo omakase. It grills cuts such as tenderloin, ribeye and porterhouse, and continues through courses that highlight the differences between Hanwoo cuts. The Hanwoo tasting menu runs long, reaching 18 to 20 items, and ends with rice, a hamburger or pho. Parking space is difficult to find.
