Banye Sushi in Busan serves conveyor-belt sushi, and staff will hand-press sushi to order. You can pick items off the rail and also request specific sushi separately. A lunch set is available, and noodle dishes such as udon and memil are also on the menu. Late in the day, little fresh-fish sushi remains and no new pieces are put out.
