Bandokatsu

Bando Katsu is a tonkatsu restaurant across from Sin-Do High School in Haeundae, Busan, serving hire, loin, and chicken katsu. The hire is moist and tender, while the special loin comes in six pieces with a chewy fatty edge. Customers order at a CatchTable machine in front of the store, wait about 20 minutes, and then enter. The loin is somewhat dry and the truffle oil flavor is faint.
