ANGA Sutbul Gui is a grilled-meat restaurant in Haeundae that cooks several cuts of pork over charcoal, a five-minute walk from the Mipo beach train. Diners choose between fresh galbi, marinated galbi, hwangje-sal (gabri-sal) and cheongyeop-sal (pork jowl), dipping the meat in wasabi or a house sauce. The restaurant has operated for 21 years, and its lunch special arrives already grilled, with wide spacing between tables. It does not suit people who are sensitive to the smell of meat.
