The first floor holds spaghetti, Korean set menu, and samgyeopsal restaurants, a convenience store, and a cafe, along with a gym and a hair salon. A subway station is within a three-minute walk, a bus stop within one minute, and a department store and a mart within 100 meters. There is little to eat in the surrounding area.
