Seon Tree Hotel sits next to the Hollys Busan Dalmaji branch on Dalmaji-gil in Busan, and its rooms have ocean views. From the sixth floor and above, rooms look out over the Busan sea, and the rooms and facilities are kept clean. There is no resident staff, so late check-in is handled by an unmanned system and guests store their own luggage. Parking on the first basement floor holds only four cars, so guests park in the empty lot next to Hollys instead.
