Jangsan Hoegwan is a welfare facility with guest rooms and a restaurant inside the military apartment complex of the 53rd Division Jangsan Village, near Haeundae in Busan. The second-floor restaurant serves samgyeopsal (pork belly), with lettuce wraps and side dishes available for refills from a self-service bar. A military mart, coffee shop, and bathhouse are on the first floor, and guest rooms start on the third floor, so lodging requires a reservation in advance. Guests staying overnight can use the parking facilities within the hall.
