Loras Bagel bakes bagels in Haeridan-gil near Gongjak Mansion in U-dong, Haeundae, and puts generous amounts of ingredients into them. The fig cream cheese, sweet pumpkin cream cheese, and Isigny butter bagels are served warm from the oven. A line forms before 10 a.m., when the freshly baked bagels can be bought while still warm. The owner runs the shop alone and does not sell in large quantities, so buying without arriving early is difficult.
