Mermer

Mermer is a brunch cafe near Dalmaji Gogae in Haeundae, Busan. Its souffle pancakes are made with whipped meringue and ricotta cheese, and the menu also includes seasonal salad and melanzane. Coffee and sandwiches are served as well, and the interior stays uncrowded. One person runs the cafe, so orders can be delayed.
