Hwanggeum Sipwon Bread

Hwanggeum Sipwonppang is a street snack stall at the entrance of Haeundae Market in Busan that sells coin-shaped snacks filled with cheese. The outside is crisp, the inside is chewy cheese that stretches, and ground squid is included as well. Each piece is about 10 cm, roughly the size of an adult palm, and is made on the spot. The line is long, so eating it right away is difficult.
