Saebada Hoetjip

Saebada Hoetjip is a hoe restaurant in Jwadong Traditional Market in Haeundae-gu, Busan, selling wild-caught hoe, assorted hoe, and mixed-fish hoe. The wild-caught hoe and assorted hoe are served as live-fish hoe, the mixed-fish hoe as aged hoe, and maeuntang comes with the meal. On weekend evenings the tables often fill up, and takeout orders are taken so the hoe can be eaten at home or outdoors. In the evening the seats are crowded and the room is loud enough to make conversation difficult.
