Number One Charcoal Grill

Number One Hwaro Gui is a charcoal grill restaurant in Busan that serves pork and beef together. Ordering pork galbi, beef sirloin, or the set brings a staff member who grills the meat at the table, and there is also a way of eating it wrapped in gamtae. The set includes sweet pumpkin, potato, and shrimp, and the staff peels the shrimp as well, with noodles and doenjang jjigae served alongside. The pork is less satisfying than the beef.
