Munyanggopchang

Munyang Gopchang is a gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant in the back alleys of Haeundae in Busan, grilling yang, daechang (beef large intestine), and gopchang. It serves special yang, daechang, and gopchang jeongol, and staff grill the modum for you. The shop is clean, and the dishes and tables are tidy. The daechang comes seasoned and contains gopchang, and it is served with side dishes and rice.
