Kalseonsaeng is a hand-cut noodle restaurant in Busan that serves bajirak kalguksu (knife-cut noodles with clams). It uses anchovy broth instead of beef-bone broth, creating a light soup with plenty of clams. The dining room has about 20 seats, and there is a wait at lunchtime. Parking is available.
