Hwanggeum Saeu

Hwanggeum Saeu is a seafood restaurant in Haeundae, Busan, serving flower shrimp and spiny lobster from Dokdo. The flower shrimp and chicken shrimp are eaten as hoe, with the remaining heads served salt-grilled, followed by a large shrimp ramen to finish. The restaurant also sells clam jjim and clam tang. Shrimp sometimes runs out and orders cannot be placed, so it is worth checking before visiting, and orders of flower shrimp have arrived mixed with other shrimp.
