Green Pig Galbi

Green Pig Galbi is an old neighbourhood galbi restaurant in Busan that grills pork ribs. The marinade is not overly sweet, the lettuce and vegetables for wrapping are fresh, and one serving comes out at 150g. At lunch a single part-timer covers the whole floor, so food comes out later than in the evening and the charcoal makes a popping sound when it is lit. The wang dwaeji galbi menu item is gone.
