Deokhwa Banjeom

Deokhwa Banjeom is a neighborhood Chinese restaurant in Jwa-dong, Haeundae, Busan, serving jjajangmyeon, ganjjajang, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk. The ganjjajang is made by stir-frying onions well without meat and bringing out the distinct taste of chunjang. The dining room has about four tables, so eating comfortably at lunch is difficult. The jjamppong has a clean seafood broth, but its gochutgaru base leaves a thick, murky taste.
