Daedokjang

Daedokjang is a Korean restaurant in Jwa-dong, Haeundae-gu, Busan, that serves kimchi stew with a generous amount of meat. Each serving comes with oat rice and a fried egg, and the fried eggs are cooked to order and provided without limit. Ramen noodles can be added to the kimchi stew. The stew's broth is spicy and sharp, and no side dishes are served with it.
