Napalkkot is an old soju bar selling drinks and anju in the basement level of an apartment complex near Jangsan Station in Haeundae, Busan. The anju is tasty and generous in portion, and every menu item is sold at a single uniform price. Wet tissues and alcohol are self-service, and the place has operated since 2010 and moved once. Being underground, the air is not good.
