Hwangnam Stick Jjondeugi

Hwangnam Jjondigi is a jjondigi shop on Hwangnidan-gil in Gyeongju. The jjondigi is fried in oil and tossed with a spicy seasoning similar to ramyeon soup powder. It is soft right after frying but hardens quickly once it cools, so it is best eaten warm. It is oily and leaves grease on your hands.
