Yukcheungjip

Yukcheungjip is a aged pork restaurant on the sixth floor of the Gwangju old city hall commercial district, selling samgyeopsal and pork collar. The meat comes par-cooked, and staff grill it at the table, with gyeranmari and wasabi rice served by default. Around 7 p.m. a wait can form, so going a little earlier is better. Many of the customers are young, and the store is somewhat loud.
